Chad Wilson holds a B.S. degree in Building Science from Auburn University after involvement in various campus leadership roles with multiple degree related awards, including the 1991 Outstanding Student School of Architecture, 1992 Outstanding Senior Department of Building Science and the 1993 President’s Award for the Outstanding Graduate from the School of Architecture. His experience in the construction industry working from an Assistant Project Manager to a Project Manager role for most of his career, as well as a Senior Program Manager, have lent him the necessary experience to transition to the role as Leadership Development Director for a local residential construction company, and finally Director of Construction Services for Murray. The experience gained from both small and large General Contractors, as well as a large Program Manager, has given Chad a wide understanding of project delivery types.

Jason McRae holds his BS in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jason Leads the Preconstruction and Estimating efforts for all Murray Construction projects thru supporting the project development and estimating team in developing all preconstruction services products; including but not limited to conceptual budgeting, design assistance, preliminary scheduling, contract negotiations, fixed price estimating, managing hard bids, feasibility studies, cost control, constructability, subcontractor procurement, and comparative analyses. Jason has held many roles, spanning 25 years in the construction industry from general laborer while in college, to estimator, project manager, and preconstruction manager. His project experience, both in project management and preconstruction management, ranges from large retail, healthcare, class A commercial office space, and federal government projects, to small boutique retail and commercial projects.
Billy Hand holds his BS in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and his J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Billy’s prior roles in civil engineering design and commercial construction over the past 38+ years work together to position him well to serve as Vice President of Project Development for Murray. His experience includes numerous health care; senior housing; mixed-use commercial; and church projects. He provides project development services for our clients through collaboration with design teams; coordination with preconstruction services; and assistance with approval agencies. Billy continues his role with client relationships and providing support during the construction of our projects.
Our projects are successful because of the important work of our trade partners and suppliers. We seek to come alongside them and deliver an experience that is successful for the entire team. We welcome new relationships in this area.
